Payment guide for Paypal payment via their Xoom.com service. 
1. Enter to XOOM.com web page and enter price amount for the expert advisor.
2. Press button "Send now" and then button "Next".
3. Choose option "card deposit" and press "Log in" button.
4. Choose "Log in with Paypal", if you have Paypal account or "Sign up with Paypal", if you do not have Paypal account.

4.1.1 For users who have Paypal account:
4.1.2 Enter your login and password to Paypal account.
4.1.3 Choose option "Send money to" and choose "Russian Federation".
4.1.4 Enter price amount for the expert advisor on the next page and press Next button.
4.1.5 Choose "Card deposit" option.
4.1.6 Enter the following Debit card number:  5469 5900 1143 3003   and press Next button.
4.1.7 Add contacts info:     | First name: Tatiana    |    Middle name: Nikolaevna   |     Last name: Leuchankova    |

Then press "Next" button.
4.1.8 Enter your own credentials and press Continue button.
4.1.9 Choose payment method you prefer: bank account or credit (debit card)


4.2.1  For users who haven't Paypal account:

4.2.2  Press Sign Up with Paypal
4.2.3  Please follow instructions providing by Paypal then use points from 4.1.3   till   4.1.9
